Lamination involves coating surfaces with ultra-thin transparent foils. It is the most popular and durable method of securing packaging. Matte or glossy foils are commonly used, but there are many options for achieving unique special effects (e.g., metallic, coloured, Soft Touch, textured foils).

The latest liquid metal effect involves selectively, convexly, or flatly metalizing the substrate surface, offering an interesting alternative to traditional gold stamping. Unlike traditional processes, there is no embossing of the substrate, leaving no traces on the reverse side of the print. It can achieve reliefs up to 0.7 mm thick, making this effect visually and tactilely attractive. Colours include shiny or matte gold, shiny or matte silver, holographic effect, and tool steel.

In the production of our packaging, we also use special effects. Their purpose is not only to enrich and enhance the product’s message but also to give unique properties. Among the most common special effects are UV-visible protective printing, glitter printing, mirror effect (metallization), thermo-active effect, struc[1]tural effect, light-sensitive effect, luminescent printing, and aroma effect.
